We aim to provide a speedy delivery on all of our orders. Once you order a product with growthbooks, we send a message directly to our distributor, who will dispatch it within 24 hours to our postal processing warehouse for delivery. We will then express post your items to you*. Most items will arrive with you between five and ten business days.
Australian Locations - Postage and Shipping Charges
Postage and handling is charged at a flat rate of $9.00 to anywhere in Australia up to a weight of 1kg.
*If you live in mid- or north Queensland, Western Australia or Norfolk Island and your order weighs over 1kg, we may send your items by regular mail. If you wish to have them delivered by express post, please contact us and we can arrange for you to pay the additional fee.
Australian Deliveries
Deliveries to Australian destinations are currently shipped with Australia Post Express Post Parcels, but our contractor may be changed at our discretion. Terms and conditions and cost scales of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times: Processing and delivery times are usually from three to four days for populated areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, seven days for TAS and eight for Perth and Darwin suburbs. Remote and isolated areas of Australia can, of course, be expected to take longer.
If you do not receive your Receipted Delivery parcel/s, or one or more are missing within these estimated times please wait an extra day or two before contacting us. Initially notify us by email at info@nourishedmagazine.com.au Include the order number of your item and a telephone number where we can contact you. We will advise you of our progress tracking the missing articles.
Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion after we have made reasonable tracking attempts.
Overseas Orders – Shipping Services and Charges
If you are ordering from places other than Australia we will contact you via email to arrange a shipping service and payment. Costs will vary from place to place and shipping service selected.You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.
